Poké - the new sushi

The superfood poké from Hawaii can now be found on the shelves of food shops in Norway. You can finally now try the new dish that is challenging sushi.

Poké is healthy fast food based on marinated, raw fish served with vegetables, pearly barley or quinoa and a delicious soy sauce.

Poké – pronounced poh-kay – is a perfect dish when you’re in a hurry, and is great for lunch, dinner or supper.

Dish inspired by Hawaii

This healthy fish salad is taking the world by storm and is a welcome change to sushi and much more fun than a salad. In Hawaii, it was developed by local fishermen and served as street food, gradually becoming extremely popular with surfers – hence the nickname surfers' salad.
