Poké bowl with trout, spring onion and white beans

All the ingredients for this poké are available in regular grocery stores. White beans and the mayonnaise sauce make it mighty, so the poké bowl is well suited for a light dinner or lunch.

    • 400 g trout, diced
  • Poké sauce
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
    • Juice of half a lime
    • 5 turns of black pepper
    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 4 spring onions, sliced
    • Half a cucumber, diced
    • 1 stick of celery, sliced
    • 400 g cooked white beans
    • 1 tsp (topped) chopped fresh ginger
  • To serve
    • 4 tsp black sesame seeds

Procedure

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Slice the spring onion, cucumber and celery and mix with the white beans and chopped fresh ginger in a separate bowl.
  3. Transfer the vegetables to a serving bowl, add the trout and pour over the sauce and black sesame seeds.
