Atlantic catfish with mushrooms and thyme

    • 560 g Atlantic catfish fillet without skin and bones, in cubes
    • 50 g bacon in cubes
    • 4 small handfuls of mushrooms
    • 400 g boiled white beans
    • 3 dl cream
    • fresh thyme
    • 10 pinches of black pepper
    • 0.5 tsp salt

Procedure​

  • Fry the bacon in a pan, add the mushrooms and cook until this becomes tender.​
  • Add the beans, catfish, cream, pepper and salt to the pan. Let this boil for 10 minutes. 
  • Add the thyme at serving.​

Serve with fresh, warm bread.​
