Baked cod with breadcrumbs and herbs

Herbs taste great with cod, especially in this dish that quickly becomes a favorite on the dinner table.

    • 500 g cod, cut into pieces
    • 100 g unsalted butter
    • 50 g breadcrumbs
    • Zest of 2 lemons
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 10 turns of a pepper grinder

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cut the fish into large pieces and place in an oven-proof dish.
  3. Mix the other ingredients in a bowl – butter, breadcrumbs, lemon zest and juice, dill, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the mix over the fish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
