Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the plastic from the aluminium tray and bake the fish on the middle shelf in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix the olive oil with the sweet chilli sauce.
- Chop the pepper, tomatoes, spring onion and cauliflower and mix with the sauce. Leave to marinade for a few minutes.
- Serve the baked salmon on a bed of the vegetables.
