Oven-baked cod with garlic

    • 400 g cod
    • 4 garlic cloves
    • 1 bunch of leaf parsley
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 8 pinches of black pepper
    • 100 g butter
    • 0.5 green squash, in cubes

Procedure 

  • Cut the fish into 2 cm cubes. Finely chop 4 garlic cloves. Roughly chop the bun with leaf parsley.
  • Mix the fish with garlic, leaf parsley, salt and black pepper, and put into the baking tray.
  • Place the butter on top.
  • Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes.

Serve with bread or mashed potatoes.
