Poké bowl with tuna, red onion and caviar

A delicious and brilliant poké bowl. Fresh tuna is an exquisite raw material and taste great in combination with nuts, rice and vegetables.

    • 320 g fresh tuna diced, from the freezer
    • 2 bags of boil-in-the-bag Jasmine rice
  • Poké sauce
    • 1 tbsp sugar (you can also use maple syrup)
    • Half a red chilli, finely chopped
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 20 macadamia nuts
    • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
    • 8 radishes, sliced thinly
    • 12 tbsp wakame (edible seaweed)
    • 4 tsp black sesame seeds
  • To serve
    • 4 tsp trout caviar

Procedure

  1. Boil the rice, following the pack instructions.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Mix the nuts with the red onion, radishes, wakame and sesame seeds.
  4. Serve out the rice in serving bowls then add the vegetables and fish. Top with the trout caviar and Poké sauce.
