The apples provides a great freshness to this easy salmon dish.
Ingredients

gsalmon portions, without skin and bones
apples in cubes
handfuls of kale
walnut kernels
juice of ½ a lemon
tspsalt
pinchesof black pepper
tbspolive oil
Procedure
Fry the salmon on low heat in a frying pan.
Mix the kale, walnut kernels and apples and add the juice from half a lemon. Add salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix the salad well and leave for 20 minutes.
