Salmon with spinach and feta cheese

Salmon, spinach, honey, pine nuts and feta cheese all taste delicious together. This dish is quick and easy!

    • 4 salmon fillets, cut diagonally at a 45-degree angle
    • 2 packs of spinach
    • 7 tbsp olive oil
    • 0.5 tsp salt
    • 8 pinches of black pepper
    • Sunflower oil for frying
    • 4 tsp liquid honey
    • 1 pack of pine nuts
    • 1 glass of diced feta cheese

Procedure

  1. Sauté spinach in 1 tbsp. olive oil. When it starts to get tender, add 6 tbsp. of olive oil, salt and black pepper. 
  2. Stir in the oil for a few minutes until it is completely tender. Then puree the spinach with a hand blender.
  3. Fry the salmon in sunflower oil at high temperature until it is medium fried. When the fish is almost done, add the honey and pine nuts to the frying pan.

Presentation

Arrange the spinach puree in a deep dish and put the fish with the raw side down in the puree. Then sprinkle the pine nuts and feta cheese on top.
