Treasure chest with salmon

Use the children's favlourite vegetables, we have used carrots, leeks and leaf parsley!

    • 500 g salmon, cut into cubes
    • The children's favourite vegetables
    • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
    • Black pepper
    • Salt

Procedure

  • Take foil and put some butter in the bottom of what is going to be the treasure chest. 
  • Cut the fish into cubes and put the pieces on the butter, add some sliced vegetables, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Top it all with a new piece of butter.
  • Pack a loose aluminum bag and put it on the grill, over an open fire or in the oven (180 degrees) and cook for approx. 10 minutes.
