There is almost no easier dinner than stuffed wraps. This combination of salmon and tzatziki hints at warmer countries, and tastes just as good warm as cold.
Ingredients

gsalmon
tspsalt
tortillas
tbsptzatziki
handfuls of ready-mixed salad
Procedure
Either sprinkle with a little salt and bake the salmon in the oven for about 15 minutes, or poach in salted water just below boiling point for 5-6 minutes.
Heat the tortillas for a few minutes in the oven or in a frying pan.
Spread tzatziki on each of the tortillas before you add mixed salad and top it all with salmon.
